sick and tired of planning stuff. i rather plan my own business and push it off 4 more success then to plan event for the cell. Be it how i plan for a cheaper alternative, a better location, or make it better, there will always be rejection. Its either too far, no money or etc. i seen better excuse then all this. If u guy wan to comment or scold me or do anything and say i am immature in this issue. go ahead, i am ready. Something we need to face up to the fact if thing are really going as it is.  People must constantly change to reach the next level. I believe in changing oneself, changing what is within to change what is out the surface. i dislike people that change their outside and then in the end their tail is left hanging out and get caught. make your choice, change from inside out or act your way and be a hypocrite. I can honestly say that the church haven't really change much. Human are still limit by Satan when they refuse to submit to God. I seen more and more leader being more of a hypocrite yearning for more power and influence then truly care about the welfare of his people. my brother share with me a story on a leader which i wont comment much more on it, but it truly show that the church is not protected from hypocrite as Paul mention in his letter to the church. We should try to change this black sheep or weed them out. I believe in a self-correcting mechanism within the church with Christ as the centre piece holding control and overseeing, people will self-correct themselves due to him or via him through some other people. i believe it possible and it will be made possible in him i believe.
